This was our first attendance at the revised location and I have to say that they did an Amazing job in restoring and maintaining the old charm of the establishment. From the wait staff to the bartenders every single member was inviting and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The food was on point and the drinks were made to perfection. But Wilbur Mansion was the one who went above and beyond and made us feel so special. From booking our reservation on the phone and talking to Mr. Sundyath, hands down to the best customer service and the nicest person I’ve ever met. To Samara our server, who did an amazing job and to the whole team of Wilbur who made our dining experience so memorable. The mansion is beautiful and the food is spectacular. I highly recommend this restaurant! What an amazing experience eating at the newly re-opened Swift Restaurant. We do not live in the area but visit several times a year. We have only eaten at the bar previously which was very good and on our list to revisit. The entire experience was truly over the top. We started by having drinks in the bar with fabulous bar tenders who know how to curate the best creative cocktails. We were seated at our reservation time in a lovely room that was festive and inviting. Our server was attentive and friendly making suggestions and attending to everything we needed. Now the food .....omgosh , such a culinary delight. The chef is AMAZING! The curation of flavors, textures and variety made the entire experience one to absolutely go back for. The server even got us the name of the one cheese that we can buy locally. We all had wonderful cocktails and ordered the tableside soup (fancy!). I've never had such flavorful and smooth potato soup! The dining room was gorgeous and we could not have had a better time. Next time a full meal! Absolutely incredible dining experience!
